garage-garden
in the old canal area of Milan in a
typical building with inner courtyard
renovated by the well known designer Patricia
Urquiola, the proposal was to cover the roofs
of the carports with a lush green living
carpet thus concealing them. The plants were
chosen to grow in a reduced depth of earth and
with little water. In the same complex balconies
were designed using different colors both in the
vessels and in the selection of plants, so as to
harmonize with the interiors. A good example of
exploitation of small spaces.
