a holiday resort area, much loved by neighbouring
argentina, punta del este is also famous for the beauty
and variety of styles in which the many villas have been
built. the owner has consulted with us right from the
moment of choosing and acquiring the property. we have
then drawn up a general plan, and the last stages of
developement are being carried out by a local professional.
the colonial style house is built on a horseshoe plan, with
a large patio containing a fountain in the centre, and from
the opposite side a colonnade offers an impressive view of
the rest of the property. the beauty of the landscape, and
the extraordinary open spaces have been enhanced by regular
intervention for its completion and upkeep.the project forsees
the creation of a biological vegetable garden, a fruit orchard
and an olive grove, and the re-organization of a paddock for
the horses. we are also working on identifying areas for the
creation of new guest quarters, while maintaining the maximum
respect for the countryside, and to this end we are working
with local botanical experts for the placing of native plants.
